WHERE MOBILITY MEETS MOVEMENT

3 Live Sessions | July 7, 9, 14 | 12-1pm ET | $33

Why are the practices that make you feel so darn good the hardest to stick with?

Give me 3 sessions, and I’ll show you what’s been missing.

Where Mobility Meets Movement finds an edge so satisfying and effective, it keeps you coming back for more.

Somewhere between counting reps, checking boxes, and snoozing through another same-old stretch, we've lost touch with the part that actually makes movement feel good:

Feedback from the body itself.

If your stretching routine is just another thing to keep up with, or you lose interest by the 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4th rep…

Your body’s intelligence is trying to tell you something.

Where Mobility Meets Movement puts a modern spin on exercises you know to find the places you’ve missed, because your body guides you there.

A movement practice that’s satisfying enough, effective enough, and interesting enough that you’ll actually want to come back.

THE REALITY CHECK

You Already Know Movement Helps.

You don’t need to be convinced that movement matters. You’ve likely experienced the ripple effects yourself. When your body feels better, you’re a little easier to be around. A little more patient. A little less reactive. A little more comfortable in your own skin.

Less stiffness. More patience

More mobility. More ease in your day.

A clearer mind. Less overwhelm.

Less tension. More capacity.

More comfort in your body. More room for everything else.

Some people thrive with a rigid, structured routine. Others benefit from a more exploratory approach. Most of us move between both at different times.

The goal isn’t to find the “right” way to move. It’s to discover what works for you right now, and to build a practice where you recognize your body communicating.

This is the modern piece that’s been missing.

Because movement without feedback from your body’s intelligence is as outdated as the legwarmers from your 1980’s stretching regimen.

Simple Leaves Room for Depth

THE PARADIGM SHIFT

Most movement programs focus on performance, repetition, or achieving a specific result. They focus on doing.

Where Mobility Meets Movement focuses on noticing and responding. This movement practice is a conversation.

Traditional mobility exercises provide our starting point, but the difference is what happens while you’re doing them. Instead of rushing to the next repetition or trying to force the “perfect” form, you’ll be invited to slow down, compare, adjust, and explore.

Your body has something to say.
Most were never taught how to truly listen.
But when you learn to hear this language, you realize your body has been communicating all along.

Suddenly, movement becomes interesting.

Where does the movement feel easy?

Where does it feel sticky?

What changes when you pause?

What happens when you linger a little longer?

We’re not here to count reps.
Your body is far too intelligent for that!

THE FRAMEWORK

Move • Notice • Respond

At the heart of this experience is a simple, three-step process to help you develop trust in your body’s ability to communicate.

MOVE

Begin with familiar mobility exercises and movement patterns. Movement creates the opportunity.

Familiar movements open the door to NOTICE what happens next.

NOTICE

Pay attention to what you’re feeling. What feels easy? What feels sticky? What changes when you slow down?

This is where the invitation emerges.

RESPOND

Adjust based on what you discover. Explore your options. Follow the feedback. Find what works for your body in real time.

The phrase Listen to Your Body suddenly makes sense. This is where the conversation is heard.

Your body is your home.

This is not a fitness program, corrective exercise program, or mobility challenge.

It’s a different conversation, one your body leads.

You're In The Right Place If You:

  • Know movement helps

  • Want more consistency

  • Appreciate guidance, “structure”, and someone else setting the pace

  • Are curious about therapeutic movement designed for you to feel better, more connected, and notice change

  • Appreciate self-exploration more than rigid instruction

  • Have a feeling your body is trying to tell you something!

Have we met? I’m Renie.

I've spent more than 25 years helping people reduce pain, improve mobility, and develop a better relationship with their bodies.

Along the way, I've learned something surprising:

The best movement practice isn't always the most effective one; it's the one you return to.

Because when it gives something back, you feel it!

You return because it feels that damn good… not because you should.

Where Mobility Meets Movement was built around that idea.

A simple, guided experience that helps you slow down, pay attention, and discover what works for your body in real time.

Your body, your pace, my guidance.

Together we’ll explore movement, awareness, and the opportunity to build a practice you actually want to return to… because it’s intelligence for your body.
