In-person Classes

Tight hips. Frozen shoulders. Headaches. Jaw tension. Mental angst. Pain that migrates, lingers, or returns just when you think it’s gone.

This class is for that.

Whether you’re new to this work or already fascia-aware, these sessions meet you where your body is—not where you wish it was. We use foam rollers, air-filled balls, slow stretch, and intentional breath to explore and unwind your fascial system.

It’s a practice—a learning curve—and your body will lead the way. No chasing pain. No quick fixes. Just a steady return to sensation and trust.

In-person classes are held twice weekly at Salud Portland and on the First Sunday of the Month in the StillPointMFR Yurt.

1st Sundays in the Yurt

Held monthly at 9:30 am & 11:30 am | $25

This is where bodywork meets ceremony.

In this 75-minute class, we move slowly and with intention—creating space to feel what’s been held, and follow what’s ready to move. Through fascia-focused techniques and breath-led awareness, you’ll begin to unravel physical tension and reconnect to the wisdom within your own tissue.

A therapeutic reset. A somatic ritual. A place to land.

Registration opens two weeks in advance. If there is no scheduling availability, the class has not yet opened for registration.
