Touch is sacred. And it doesn’t always come through virtually.

But the truth is—so much of this work doesn’t begin with someone else’s hands. It begins with you.

In these classes, you’ll learn how to use tools to engage your body’s fascia, recognize what fascial restrictions feel like, and therapeutically explore to release pain and tension.

You’ll develop confidence to manage your own tissues. You’ll gain trust and intuition. Your body will respond. So you recognize how powerful self-treatment can be.

Virtual Myofascial Stretch & Roll

1st Wednesdays 4:00pm EST (1:00pm PST) 
3rd Fridays 12:00 pm EST (9:00am PST)

These sessions are tangible, body-focused, and practical. They teach fascial-focused techniques and guide you into your body to deepen your awareness. The guided, flowing sequence of techniques uses foam rollers, balls, movement, and stretching. No experience is required, just a willingness to explore.

  • Expert Guidance: A flowing sequence of techniques to release deep muscle tension and restore flexibility.

    Therapeutic Relaxation: A soothing session designed to restore balance to your body and mind.

    Comfort & Connection: Reconnect with yourself from the ease and privacy of your own home.

  • Tools Used: A full-length foam roller (36"x6"), 2 air-filed balls, and a yoga mat. 

    A Quiet Space: Set yourself up for a relaxing, therapeutic experience.

    Comfy Clothes: Be prepared to gently move and stretch.

  • This experiential class will be held live on Zoom and there will be a limited-time, one-week replay available. The class will be a sequential flow designed for a group experience.

    Logistical details (tools used, Zoom link, confirmation, etc.) will be emailed after registration is complete.

  • Not to worry! The tools used are affordable and easily attained (and will serve your body for years to come!) Upon registration, you will receive an email with links and a video with recommended tools.
