You might wonder how something as hands-on as fascia work can translate through a screen. Fair point. Touch is sacred and it doesn’t always come through virtually. But the truth is—so much of this work doesn’t begin with someone else’s hands. It begins with you.

In these classes, you’ll learn how to use tools to engage your body’s fascia, recognize what fascial restrictions feel like, and therapeutically explore to release pain and tension.

You’ll develop confidence to manage your own tissues. You’ll gain trust and intuition. Your body will respond. So you recognize how powerful Myofascial self-care can be.

The guided, flowing sequence of techniques uses foam rollers, balls, movement, and stretching. No experience is required, just a willingness to explore. See What you’ll need drop down for recommended tools.

  • This experiential class will be held live on Zoom and there will be a limited-time, one-week replay available. The class will be a sequential flow designed for a group experience.
